About the Collective

The Neuroinclusive Collective journey began with a simple yet powerful belief: every person deserves to understand and celebrate the brilliance of their own mind. Born from my personal journey - a late stage diagnosis that completely shifted how I see myself and the world around me - I struggled to understand why I felt different, why certain challenges often seemed overwhelming, and why I didn’t quite fit the expected mold.

Getting diagnosed late in life was both a revelation and a challenge. It meant rethinking everything I believed about my mind and my place in the world. But it also gave me something priceless: a new way to understand my unique brilliance ( or “neurosparkle”) and the confidence to embrace it fully.

Most importantly, I realised this experience wasn’t just mine. So many wonderful people face similar journeys, feeling unseen or pressured to conform. The Neuroinclusive Collective concept came from my desire to build a safe space where individuals like me could discover their own strengths, celebrate what makes them different with likeminded support, and walk confidently in their authenticity.

At the same time, I knew organisations needed to shift beyond the checkbox tokenistic policies and practices to move mindsets and cultures towards creating truly safe, inclusive environments that welcome neurodivergent minds and empower them to thrive.

The Neuroinclusive Collective is more than a coaching service or training program. It’s a movement born from the heart of lived experience, driven by a community of neurodiverse individuals and allies who refuse to accept “good enough.”

Together, we’re championing a future where we can Spark Purpose, Access, Respect, Kindness, and Leadership Excellence… which makes me perfectly suited for my role as the Neuroinclusive Collective's Chief SPARKLE Officer!

  • This is my story, and it’s just the beginning. We’re in this together - celebrating inclusivity, empowering confidence, and changing the world one brilliant brain at a time.
